One Space, the design arm of S&techs, has announced the milestone appointment of Pamela Hinton as studio director.
Joining One Space from previous leadership roles in global design firms and most recently fronting a renowned sustainable workplace solutions company, Hinton brings over two decades of experience in the built environment across various regions and business sectors, alongside her expertise in workplace strategy and environmental sustainability, to the Hong Kong-headquartered design studio.
Hinton will report to Greg Pearce, One Space’s co-founder, who is also the Hong Kong design studio’s managing director and S&techs’ principal in Singapore. Hinton commented: “One Space has long been recognised in the industry for its unique, in-depth approach to delivering bespoke, human-centric design. I am thrilled to join the team as we lead the way in delivering transformative and sustainable design solutions for our clients.”
In a second announcement, S&techs and One Space have appointed Nicole Chan Barlow as the new joint business development director for Hong Kong. With extensive experience in business development and sales & marketing at global organisations in America and across Asia Pacific, Barlow brings over two decades of client relationship management expertise in architecture and interior design, hospitality, workplace technology, and commercial real estate to her new role. She will report to Greg Pearce and Mike Kavanagh, COO of S&techs and director of One Space, for her Hong Kong-focused responsibilities.
Alongside Barlow’s new role, Kamlesh Malkani has taken on the position of regional business development director at S&techs. Malkani will spearhead S&techs’ drive in its regional expansion, growing the company’s cross-market global client network, and reinforce S&techs’ focus on building long-term client and vendor partnerships. He will report directly to Mike Kavanagh.
