Christie is the official corporate sponsor and projection partner for CineAsia 2025. Taking place at True Icon Hall from December 8 to 11, this convention provides Christie with the perfect opportunity to present technologies.
As projection partner, Christie will power screenings and presentations in Theatres 11 and 12 with its CP4425-RGB and CP4435-RGB pure laser projectors. Visitors to Meeting Room 1 (MR1) can experience the full CineLife+ series lineup, featuring a range of illumination options tailored to meet the evolving needs of exhibitors worldwide.
Han Kim, vice president of sales, Asia Pacific, Christie, said: “Christie has remained steadfast in advancing cinema technology and supporting exhibitors for the long term. Our role at CineAsia 2025 underscores that commitment, with innovations that include new projection technologies and an expanded CineLife+ series lineup—delivering the perfect balance of high performance and operational efficiency to help theatres captivate audiences for years to come.”
A centrepiece of Christie’s participation at CineAsia 2025 is the global launch of two RGBH cinema projectors featuring hybrid RGB laser illumination and a 0.98-in 4K SST chip. These next-generation systems deliver vibrant, high-contrast visuals optimised for small-to-medium-sized auditoriums. Attendees can experience a live demo of the CP4420m-RGBH, a 20,000-lumen high-performance projector paired with the CineLife+ IMB-S4 integrated media block.
Beyond its technology showcase, Christie will present the Exhibition Pioneer of the Year Award to Emperor Cinemas Group, recognising its commitment to elevating the moviegoing experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong. The group’s flagship multiplex at Taikoo Li Sanlitun in Beijing—driven by Christie CineLife+ series projectors—demonstrates how innovation and creativity can transform cinemas into cultural destinations.
