The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) now uses a Cypress 4K switcher system to enhance hybrid and virtual meetings.
NCLAT serves as India’s appellate authority for cases under the Companies Act and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, requiring an upgrade to its switching and presentation systems to comply with the judiciary’s digital transformation act.
The CYP CSC-VPR 3420 is used to bring multi-source, side-by-side display content for sessions that are held in a hybrid or remote format, enabling participation either in the room or anywhere in the world.
The switcher system now allows NCLAT participants to view up to four video sources on one screen for faster comparison and clearer communication during hearings, allowing tribunals to choose from full screen, PiP, PoP, or quad view. Custom presets can also be created and used in any presentation.
