All entries need to be made online at the Inavate 40 under 40 website. Guidelines on what to prepare can be found there as well (pro tip: make sure you have a high-res headshot ready!).
Deadline for submissions is 11:59pm Singapore Time on 14th November 2025. There will be no extension for this deadline.
What’s in it for you?
The Inavate APAC 40 under 40 recognises and elevates talent. Previous inductees have gone on to leave their mark on the AV industry and being a part of the Class of 2025 means that you get to join their prestigious company.
The complete list for the Inavate APAC 40 under 40 Class of 2025 will be published in the Inavate APAC December 2025 issue, which means that your achievement will be immortalised in print. And of course, there will be associated fanfare on our social and digital platforms.
