AV Stumpfl demos projection screen accessory

AV Stumpfl will present the T-32 Shift projection screen accessory, projection screens and media server and installation products at ISE 2018 in Amsterdam on stand 1-H10.

The T-32 Shift projection screen “leg” accessory [pictured below] makes it possible for one person toAV Stumpfl T32 Shift adjust a mobile projection screen's height, without having to disassemble it first. It has a marked height scale so no extra measuring is needed to ensure the frame is level. It is compatible with AV Stumpfl's Monoblox32 and MonoClip32 projection screen frames.

AV Stumpfl will also present projection screens and media server hardware and software products, including the Wings Vioso RX 2.2.

The software release includes a Creator License, which works without dongle protection and can be used for show production and as a show master; new real-time effects; and a preview engine based on the Wings RX Render Engine.

RX 2.2 allows users to specify hot backup clients for multiple playout clients. The hot backup client gets all the information needed to replace the playout client during playback - all necessary media files are also copied to the hot backup client.

If a playout client fails, the hot backup client can then take the playout client’s job without the need to edit IP addresses.

AV Stumpfl will also show the UHD Player system developed for professional 24/7 installation environments.

It can play files with a 4K resolution of 4096 x 2160 @60fps, using the H.265 codec. Multiple UHD Players can be frame synchronised via IP networks using a dedicated synchronisation protocol.

Users can switch between different multi-language audio tracks while a video is running, which makes the AV Stumpfl UHD Player suitable for international museums and exhibition spaces.

The Wings Engine RAW 8K server will also be shown at ISE. It delivers up to four simultaneous streams of uncompressed 4K (4:4:4) content at 60fps.

AV Stumpfl with demonstrate the automatic Wings Vioso camera-calibration feature and use interactive Wings Touch controls.

ISE will be held at the RAI in Amsterdam, February 6 to 9, 2018.
