Online Instruments has acquired Level 3 Audiovisual, a US-based systems integrator and engineering company with global enterprise program management knowledge.
This move marks Online Instruments’ expansion into the US market, as part of its long term growth strategy. The acquisition will allow Online Instruments to establish a direct operational presence in the American market, improving its ability to serve multinational enterprises through established technical teams, mature delivery processes, and thorough insight into the US enterprise AV landscape.
The acquisition was driven by a strong alignment in delivery philosophy and engineering discipline between the two companies, aligning their long-term strategic objectives.
Both companies share a focus on quality standards, structured program management, and an engineering-led approach to AV integration. Previously, both companies had collaborated to create a working relationship with shared experience that made the transition into one organisation into a natural progression for both companies.
